“This was an absolute pleasure to run as the players were all about getting out on the tennis courts and playing some high-pressure tennis” said Steve Chagnan, TLN CEO. The majority of the tennis participants who attended won their respective playoffs to earn the right to take part in the National tourney.
The individual cities seasons under the TLN network of city leagues serve to connect local, committed tennis players who want to play a lot of tennis. Our team make sure that players are connected with equally skilled tennis partners. Matches are played predominantly on public courts. It has been a highly prosperous format, Chagnan said. Since 2006, there have been more than 42,700 matches played; 2009 saw a 51% increase.
After many years of determining local winners, the conception of the National tourney was concocted to give these players a whole new level of involvement. Today we have to see who really has the greatest tennis participants; Boston, Orange County, St. Louis or maybe a player from a minute franchise like Minneapolis. At the very least it will be a too much tennis with some great early November weather.
Registration has open for 2010 seasons, its now time for you to try to qualify to join us in Miami. Male or Female tennis players we hope to have the tennis partners for you who will meet up with you on the tennis courts.
